On December 1, 2025, Thinksolv Technologies moved into a new office at Covai Tech Park, Coimbatore — a ten-seater workspace with a dedicated cabin for me.
On paper, it’s just a shift from one place to another.
But for me, it marks a clear milestone in a journey that started in a very modest way.
From One-Person Cabin to a Growing Team
When I left Bosch in May 2022 to pursue this path, I didn’t know where it would lead.
By November 2022, I had taken a small one-person cabin at Forge Factory inside KCT Tech Park. That tiny space became the starting point — where I wrote the first lines of code, built the first prototypes, and figured out what customers actually needed.
As Thinksolv grew, I upgraded to a four-person cabin on November 1, 2024. That move was driven by necessity — the team was beginning to form, and I needed a space where people could sit together, collaborate, and build something real.
The New Space — A Quiet but Significant Step
Now, in December 2025, we’ve moved into a ten-seater office with a separate cabin for me.
We are a six-member team today, and this new space gives us room to think, plan, and grow without constraints.
This move isn’t about luxury or showing scale.
It’s about capability.
It’s about creating an environment where my team can do their best work.
And most importantly, it’s about crossing the line between “a small setup finding its way” and “a real company building consistently.”
What This Moment Means to Me
Two things stand out:
-
The team grew, and the space had to grow with it.
This is not a symbolic expansion — it’s a practical one. We needed space to think clearer, collaborate better, and execute faster. -
It finally feels like a real company.
Not just a founder with ideas, not just a startup experimenting — but a stable, growing organization with a clear mission:
to build thoughtful, useful tools that help people save time.
A Quiet Confidence for the Future
This new office does not change who we are — but it reinforces what we are becoming.
It gives us the confidence to plan long-term, ship better products, and take bigger steps without hesitation.
There is no celebratory noise around this shift.
Just a quiet sense of progress — the kind that compounds when you stick with something for years.
From a one-person cabin in 2022
to a four-person space in 2024
to this ten-seater office in 2025…
…it feels like the journey is unfolding the way it should.
And I’m grateful — for the work, for the team, and for the opportunity to keep building.
